High School Equivalency

(GED) Classes

We are currently running virtually via Zoom an ESL Beginning Class, an ESL Book Club Class (Intermediate ESL), and English and Spanish GED Classes.


Our next set of classes will begin on January 19th and conclude on April 1, 2021.

These GED Classes are free, but we do ask all students to purchase a book.

We are located at 1201 Ridgedale Street (inside Milam Elementary) in Bryan in the side entrance of the building facing the softball fields.  Our entrance is close to the big playground on Palasota St./Ridgedale St.  
















High School Equivalency (GED) Classes are available for adults that would like to earn their certificate. We offer High School Equivalency Classes to learners in English and Spanish.  We offer classes that focus on reading, writing, math, social studies, and science.  The High School Equivalency Classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at night from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

We Offer Open Registration for All Classes!


We have No ID Requirements, No Address Checks, and We Are Not Government Funded. 


On all classes: class is limited to 25 students per class.  The B/CS Community Education Center does not provide childcare or transportation.   The Brazos Transit District provides transportation close to our center, at the student's expense, on a Tuesday through Thursday basis, but just for morning classes.
